How should I measure my Sami bracelet?

Measure your wrist with a flexible tape measure. For a snug fit add 0.5cm, for a looser fit add 1cm. For wider bracelets add 1.5cm to your wrist.

How do I look after my bracelet?

Accepted Answer

The bracelets require no maintenance; however, they should be removed before showering and swimming. They will not be damaged by getting wet on occasion and in time the leather will soften and gently mould around your wrist, the beauty of the embroidery, especially the silver will further intensify in character.

What if my bracelet size is not available?

If you require a different length please get in touch. There will be no additional charge up to 2cm.

Worldwide Delivery

We use Royal Mail International Tracked & Sign to ship our parcel out of the UK. For European Delivery we aim to dispatch our parcels within 3 to 5 days. For worldwide delivery it would take 5 to 7 days. Royal Mail International Tracked & Sign (Europe): £6.10. Royal Mail International Tracked & Sign (Worldwide): £6.45.

All our bracelets are handmade and some models might not be in stock at the time of the order, leading to a slightly longer delivery time. If you require an alternative delivery method please get in touch.

Exchange & Returns

As long as your bracelet is unused we accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Please note that you must cover the delivery cost for returning unwanted/exchanged goods. We would advise to send it via Track & Sign as we are not responsible for any lost item.

Refunds

We will happily offer a refund within 14 days of purchase as long as your bracelet is unworn. Refunds will be made within 14 days from receipt at our return address and they will be made to the original means of payment.
