As long as your bracelet is unused, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that you must cover the delivery cost for returning unwanted or exchanged goods. We would advise sending it via Track & Sign, as we are not responsible for any lost item.

Refunds

We will happily offer a refund within 14 days of purchase as long as your bracelet is unworn.

Refunds will be made within 14 days from receipt at our return address, and they will be made to the original means of payment.
